About: For the last 2 months South Memphis residents on Glory Circle have not been receiving their mail from the United States Post Office. Sometimes their mail would come, but it would be late or only come once or twice a week. Complaints were made in August and the Post Office sent out an email back in August, but still no solution was made. The issue was taken to the Channel 5 news and the Post Office commented that they would make sure that the Glory Circle residents will receive their mail on time.
The post office is a business that should be able to make sure that the residents of Memphis receive their mail on time. The Glory Circle residents are older residents and have old beliefs that like to receive their bills in the mail and mail off their checks. By them not getting their mail, they have been late on payments. The post office is a business and should provide good business to all customers.
