AMP is a healthy meal prep service. Order from our standard menu or customize meals to meet your specific diet plan. We take the burden of shopping, cooking, & portioning meals off of our clients, allowing them to focus on what's important.

So when we first got on the scene we could smell the food cooking, it was about lunch time... Sounds of metal dishes clanking and knives hitting chopping boards was just what a kitchen should feel like. The crew was very orderly, everyone had their duties and it was a challenge staying out of the way to get good angles but we did it. The protein in the ovens were checked with a thermometer, timers were going off left and right I was amazed at how efficient everthing was progressing, things would just get done and everyone's hands were on some part of the process. There was almost no communication needed besides the camera person letting the team know they were in their space. We could leave some sort of food review but we haven't tasted any yet, hopefully that happens soon...

Questions for the owners!

Where did the idea of  Amplified Meal Prep come from? 
Richard previously owned a business similar to Amplified and a couple years after it sold, old clients where expressing the need for quality affordable meal prep. So, we took what was learned from the previous business, altered a few things added the custom portion to make a new and improved meal prep service.

How do you come up with menu ideas?
We sit down and start brain storming, thinking about popular dished folks miss when they start "dieting" then figure out how to make a healthier version.

What is the most exciting part of Amplified for you guys?
The most exciting part is talking with so many people on the different ways that we can help them with eating healthy. Watching clients progress and hearing their successes big or small is worth everything!

Tell us about your signature or favorite dish?
Richards (chef's) favorite dish is the Pasta Bolognese. It's such a complex flavorful dish that he has turned healthy. Molly's favorite is the Honey Garlic Chicken.

What are some of the misconceptions about prepackaged meals?
The main 2 misconceptions are that they are not tasty and that they are expensive. We pride ourselves on dishes that taste amazing, and we are extremely affordable.

What makes this a healthier choice?
Its healthy because of the ingredients we use, lean proteins, clean carbs and veggies. Most fast on the go options are full of fat, tons of empty calories and not to mentioned processed and/or fried. With AMP having healthy meals on hand means you don't have to worry about making meals or running through a drive through when time gets short and life is hectic. You can have clean, filling meals in an appropriate portion size.

We are about to step into a New Year and a New Decade, what words of wisdom would you like to share about getting healthier?  
Pick something and stay consistent with it. Eating healthy can be easy when you are prepared. Its staying consistent and making a commitment to a healthy goal that is usually the hard part. Fad diets and diets that fully restrict certain foods and/or food groups are often too hard to stick too long term. Eating a clean balanced diet on a more consistent basis is much more likely to help you to see long term results.
