Come enjoy a family-friend fun ride through the heart of Memphis by moonlight in the 21st Meritan Moonlight Classic Bike Tour!

All proceeds to benefit 1,600 Mid-Southerners who receive services through Meritan.

I will say for me it's always so much fun to stand on a corner and cheer on the riders.  I enjoy seeing the bikes and riders all decked out.  And a plus is that the bike tour is an opportunity to make memories with one or both of my children.  Each year around this time I get Facebook memories and realize just how much this has become part of my family's life!  

From an impact perspective, the bike tour helps with our overall visibility and name recognition.  Of course, it does help to generate much-needed program funds, but even more so it's a time when the community can come together.  It's a fun and different event and people learn about who we are and what we do through the process of advertising, registration, showing up, etc.  For me personally this year, it was an opportunity to see people I don't normally get to see anymore due to the pandemic, in a safe, outdoor setting!

• The highlights for me (Chessie quote): This event brings so much joy and fun to our community. Our ride is so unique and brings our community together to benefit our mission. It is so fun to see all of the riders bling their bikes and dress for our fundraising event!
• Statistics: Our previous Bike Tour in 2019, we had 200 riders. This year, we had 253 riders! That's $2,400 more raised in revenue off of registrations alone! We raised $8,500 more than we did on our last bike Tour! Great success! We raised a total of $21,373.70.
