About
As a small business owner, wife, and mother, Qur’an has dedicated her life to public service and her community. She has been a member of Longview Heights Church since 2001. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Treasurer, Financial Ministry Leader, and Financial Committee Member for the Longview Heights SDA Church. As a Cordova resident since 2002, Qur’an has worked at the local, state, and federal levels of government throughout her career.
Qur’an serves as the Treasurer for the Memphis Chapter of
Women’s Council of NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers) and is a Freddie Mac Certified CreditSmart Instructor. In addition, she is a Tennessee licensed Affiliate Broker with 4 Success Realty, Inc., the owner of a Cosmetics and Beauty Consulting Company and a multi-faceted Consulting Firm.
In January 2022, Quran began the Leadership MAAR (Memphis Area Association of Realtors) Co-Hort. On February 10, 2022, Qur’an will assume the role of 2nd Vice President of the Memphis Chapter of Women’s Council of NAREB.
She is a financially active member of the local Chapter of the Memphis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and was initiated into the Mu Zeta Chapter of the University of Tennessee Knoxville in Spring 2000. She is the Treasurer for the Memphis Chapter of Women’s Council of NAREB. Qur’an has been married to Charlie C. Folsom, Jr. since June 2001, and they have two sons- Charlie III (20), and Caleb(15).
